Excellus assists Federal CIO customers with defining investment strategies, establishing consistent processes and practices through Quality Assurance, creating an Enterprise Architecture tied to an Agency’s Strategic Objectives, and also delivers portfolio management systems to make consistent and improved decisions about information technology programs. CIO Teams face difficult standardization and implementation tasks to ensure adherence to Federal laws, regulations, other Federal Agency Oversight (OMB/GAO), The Department of Defense Architecture Framework(DoDAF) as well as internal polices to facilitate evolving CIO practices. To meet these challenges, Excellus evaluates processes and performance indicators based upon detailed data elements that can be rolled up to various performance levels to review project, program, division, or related program types.
